Construction Update
Exciting things are coming to District 27! 🚧✨
This summer, we’ll be breaking ground at Hickory Point on a brand-new building addition, and have plans for TWO new playgrounds – one designed for our K–2 students and another just for our Little Bulldogs preschool program.
All work is expected to be completed by the start of the 2027–28 school year. We can’t wait to see these spaces come to life for our students and community!

Staff Appreciation
WOW! We are incredibly thankful for all the kindness, generosity, and support we received this week as we were recognized during Staff Appreciation Week. We felt special and loved. We feel honored to serve this community and be an integral part of every child’s educational journey. Thank you for your ongoing support and kindness. We are grateful.
Kindergarten Music Workshop on Wednesday, May 13, 2026
Our kindergarten students will host parents or guardians at their Kindergarten Music Workshop (a maximum of 2 people per student). We invite you to join your kindergartener for an interactive music experience. Please dress appropriately, as we will be sitting on the gym floor, engaging in hands-on activities, singing, playing, and having a lot of fun! We ask that, if possible, please find alternate arrangements for younger siblings so you can devote yourself fully to your kindergartener’s music experience.
We ask parents to enter Door A, sign in on Verkada with their identification, and share their identification in the office. Each meeting will be about 30 minutes long. The schedule is below:
